"Smart anti tracking" seemingly missing

Hey, I was just going through some settings and noticed "Smart anti-tracking" in Samsung Internet seems to have disappeared. My S25U doesn't have it, and my A14 doesn't have it. Can someone check to see if they have it?

Samsung Internet, lower right, privacy; it should be there. When Samsung Internet first loads, it even mentions it, then it's seemingly nonexistent. 

A friend with an a52 has it show up

Yeah strange. I don't often look at this, but the smart tracking is available on my phone.

It is worrying just how many trackers are blocked each day actually.

I do prefer samsung Internet knowing it has this extra level of security.

I wonder why you don't have the features listed. I assume it is up to date and there isnt a pending app install needed.

Yeah, I only noticed because a separate samsung app got an update, meaning samsung Internet can skip captchas. But only if smart anti tracking is on. I wanted to try it, I don't have the option to turn it on 😞

It's still currently available on the S23. But i no longer use Samsung Internet as I replaced it with Firefox. Firefox seems to have good security and enhanced tracking protection.

Is it due to your level setting at the top. Your screenshot shows you're set at strict whereas others are showing there's on basic level where you can see it. Just bring your level down and see if that makes difference or worse case, reset the app and start afresh.

That's not a setting, it's like a loading bar. You can't drag it. Have tried resetting the app too, no result

Update, fixed it. Turns out it was my wifi. If samsung Internet is reset or reinstalled while connected to my WiFi, smart anti tracking is missing. When installed on data, it's now permanently there as an option

You're right, I tried it on mine and it's not a slider! I'm trying to think what controls it. Thinking if auto-blocker plays a part here. I'll have to do some digging.
