"Browser not supported" even though it should be

When trying to login into SmartThings, it tells me that my browser isn't supported, even though I'm using normal Google Chrome. What can I do?

Is your Google Chrome app up to date? Are you definitely using Chrome App and not another browser with Google being being the home page?
