Question - find my phone but removed from sign in devices

My samsung s23fe was recently stolen. I was occasionally checking for it's location using find my phone, although it doesn't appear. I expect is powered off.

When logging in recently I noticed the security message and pin also stated the devices this is available from, which included my stolen phone.

I removed it from the signed in devices without realising it would then be removed from find my devices.

And options from here or is that it?

Also do samsung offer any additional locks or stolen phone registrations?

The only way to lock a device is to use Smart things or Find my to lock the phone and i dont think there are any other ways to do something

I thought that was the case. I'll drop a note to samsung as the software needs a rethink. But that doesn't help me this time.

Try Google find my device. Your phone is added when you sign in to your Google account on the phone. Just downloaded the app from the play store. It should show it's location if it's turned on . You can lock it or force a reset when it's turned back on.
