Problem syncing Samsung Notes app

Hi!

I just bought a new Samsung computer and since I already have a Galaxy Tab I looked forward to be able to access my notes on both devices. I am facing some issues though. When i try to find my notes on the computer I can see the folders but they appear empty. If I create a file on the computer it appears on my Tab but not vice versa. Does anyone have an idea about what could cause this?

Hi there, I also facing the exact same problem as yours. I submitted a lot of feedback and complain to Samsung, but nothing was fixed. Hopefully, someone can help with this.
