Privacy data

I cannot read my privacy data I downloaded not even thru my cloud app. Any suggestions

documents require specific apps to open 

example: 

abc.doc = Word app

abc.xls = Excel app

and

abc.pdf = PDF reader app

I guess, the data is on .pdf, 

head to Google Play store and download some PDF reader app

so you can open the file 

would you know the file extension (.pdf, .doc) of the privacy data document?
