I have installed the latest operating system on 4 April on my Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G and since doing so the phone has not fully rebooted again, but is stuck in re-boot mode. The phone constantly tried to reboot without success. I connected the phone to a power cord and performed a manual soft reboot, which resulted in the phone installing the new software to 80% until it got stuck at this point. Soft re-booting the phone again resulted in the phone installing the software 100%, but is stuck at this point.
When I disconnect the phone from the power cord and perform a soft re-boot, the phone goes back to the initial state of constantly trying to reboot. Connecting the phone again to the power cord leaves the phone returning to the point, where it shows that 100% of the software has been installed, but is stuck at this point.
What can I do so my phone either re-starts properly or undo the most recent software upgrade?
I don't want to perform a hard reboot to not loose any data.
