Samsung will initially look to offer One UI7 Beta when ready - there is no definitive timeline but rumours are October. It is expected that S24 Series, Flip and Fold 6 respectively will be offered Beta for unlocked devices (read those bought directly from Samsung and maybe a few others but not carrier locked devices).
Testing and updates will continue until a stable version is ready.
Samsung will then release to the world. Again there is no published timeline for this
