After downloading One UI 5.1 update on my Galaxy A52 (5G) I could not make or receive calls, the Sim Manager says my mobile number is unknown. I have rebooted, cleared the cache partition and reset to factory settings, but the update is still in the operating system and I can't make calls. It works on Wifi and all the apps are fine. Tried another Network Sim card and it doesn't recognize it, looks like I'll have to buy another phone, Cheers, Pete

@Scadz Did you reset the Network connections, Settings-General Management-Reset Network Settings (Wifi,Mobile,Bluetooth) Some other advice here https://www.guidingtech.com/fix-android-not-making-or-receiving-calls/ if still no solution contact your Network provider in the first instance, if by any chance no joy there contact Samsung Support or visit a Samsung service centre.
