Official One UI8 Rollout

Seems the rollout has started in South Korea and there has been speculative information posted on dates for the UK. However this is the official source and just stated that it will start rolling out to the S25 series this week. No definiitive information for other Devices but a list has been published of Devices elegible for the update this year.

Is it out different timelines for dependent on network etc im on EE UK S25 Base model

S25 has worse ONE UI 7 than S22 and S23 as I am looking at it.

Some apps have newer versions on 22 and 23...

I dont think this is the case anymore as network supplied phones aren't carrier locked and dont have specific carrier software on them anymore...

I maybe wrong. But I'm pretty certain.

Carrier still control release date as they often bundle with their software

Samsung release dates are for their unbranded Samsung phone only, so phones that was purchased through their ofln website or app

Gotcha. I didn't think this was the case anymore as I was on the understanding carriers dont sell branded phones anymore. But thanks for the correction.

Just been doing some research. And I believe this isn't carrier branded. Brought from EE too.
