Help, my s21 ultra stuck on one ui 6.0 and security patch of Feb 2024, it say that I have latest update. Not . True

I still have an S21 Ultra which has the August security patch and One UI 7.0 (the last available OS update) There are likely to be issues if your Device is being used outside the intended region. In any case you could try Smart Switch, need to have the software and connect to computer.

I already did that, and it didn't say an update was available. Can u tell Samsung to continue updating s21 ultra until March next year????

The s21 loses update support in 3 months, 3 weeks from now.

You'll still be able to update if you fix your updates, but new updates won't be made

I do not have that much influence 🙂. As mentioned the S21 series will no longer be elegible for security patches by the end of January.

Is it a Uk Device if resident in this country?

Well I am in the Uk, I bought it in the Uk and.... idk. I think there is something wrong with the carrier.

If you go to About Phone-Software Infotmation Service Provider Software version ,the last three letters indicate the country specific code (CSC)
