I decided to swap by Apple to Samsung after reviewing their powerful marketing ads.
Bought Samsung Note20 Ultra 5G and S7 on 12 Sept and already have very bad user experience.
Battery drain off over night from 100% to 50% !
And phone heat up After 20mins talk time!
The Samsung Concierge service is no use!
I went down to the service centre and they ran few diagnositic tests conclude no issue!
Does it mean I have to leave with the condition of the phone?
I have asked for an 1-1 replacement since they said I cannot asked for a refund.
Still waiting...for them to go throught their internal procedure...
