HI @bribabs If no issues with your provider a few things to try. Firstly restart your phone to see if that will it help it reconnect. if not clear the Data and cache of your messaging app,go to Settings-Apps-Messages-Storage-clear Data and cache.
You could also Reset the Network connections, go to Settings-General Management-Reset-Reset Network connections.
if still issues an idea to remove the sim card and reinsert,otherwise if can not be solved best to get in touch with your Network.
