Not connecting to mobile data on 4G

Bought an S20 FE last week and I cannot connect to mobile data via 4G. I have rebooted, checked the sim and restored back to factory settings, no of which have worked. Extremely disappointing to read on various forums that this is a common problem with the S20 FE and there is no fix. I really feel that this is something Samsung need to fix and provide a software update for. Have always been a fan of Samsung but this whole experience has left me very disappointed and frustrated

Vodafone messed up the update. You will need to ADD their APN settings to your phone. This is here Settings, connections, more connection settings, access point names. The values are here https://www.google.co.uk/amp/s/theroams.co.uk/amp/providers/vodafone/guides/apn-settings/

This will get you up and running.
