No update for my s10 plus

I am in Nepal and the S10 plus I am using was bought in Australia. There's already android 11 out there and I am still stuck with android 9. I have trying to update the OS but my phone says its up to date.  My friends told me that because of the regional difference I am not getting any updates. Is there a way for me to get latest android in my S10 plus.

As Samsung EU/UK support our knowledge about other regions products is limited. However, I would advise downloading the Smart Switch programme to your PC, connecting your phone and then, if available, you will be prompted to download it. Whatever region your handset is produced for, Smart Switch would be able to update the software (if there's an update available).
