No internet connection while on a call

I'm on a call on my Samsung Galaxy S10+.

I can't have an internet connection.

Why is this?? 😕 

I've not had this problem with other phones I've had.

This winds me up so much.

Have you changed your SIM card provider ? Some networks does not support Internet while on call. I am on Virgin Mobile and it does not let me use internet when I have 4G signal .. I can use internet when I am on 5G coverage while on call.

I'm on Giffgaff, so on O2 network.

I've always been with them for like 5+ years I think.

I don't have the same problems with other phones I've used.
