Hi @lexus Many customers do have one UI 6 for the S21 series though Network devices were first in line, the software is released it batches mind you. Though obviously you do not have the security update either,where was the device purchased?
you could try Smart Switch and see if updates available that way, need to connect device to computer. https://www.androidcentral.com/how-update-your-samsung-phone-smart-switch
