New Email Address Issue

I have created a new personal email account and it does not load due to a server response error. 

Kindly advise how I can resolve this and use the email address. Alternatives are not possible, so creating a new address is not a desired outcome.

Which service did you use to make an email account and which email app are you using?

I'm using the Samsung email app and created it via the same app. Used Outlook email.

Are you able to login online to your email provider

Just tried and yes successful. Then tried to access it via the Samsung email app and again successful. Thank you for the help.
