If you have the app set up to sync with Samsung Cloud, try clearing the cache first. If that doesn't resolve your issue, clear the data. The Health app will then resync and, hopefully, your issue is fixed. 😊

A little more info would help.

Like are you measuring it on the phone itself or a watch.

If its a phone. Is it in your pocket all the Time?

Have you given the required permissions for the health app?

You could try clearing the app cache under app storage.
