Att on duty
I can not find my S Note files/notes which I had saved on my old phone. I upgraded from S9+ to S10+ on 5.july 2019. Used Smart Switch like I have done before but S Note app did not transfer. When I go to Playstore, I can find S note in my apps/library but as not installed and when I click on it, it only says "your device isn't compatible with this version. Iv'e tried installing S note on my PC on search for files on my S10+, but can´t find anything. Also tried importing data through the Samsung notes app from phone, from Samsung account and Google drive but nothing 😞 Is there any way to retrive my old notes? I also have factory erased my old S9+ so the wife could start that as her new phone.
