Modes and routines, apps permanently blocked

Hello, 

On my galaxy s20 FE i was using the app modes and routines. I set up work routine with some of the apps blocked but when i tured the routine off the apps remained blocked and now i cant use them. I tried rebooting the phone, tried to force close the modes and routines app and force close the apps that are blocked. Nothing resolved the issue. Please help solve the problem.

Ty going to Settings > Apps > Select the app > Enable.

Ok i found a solution. I made a custom routine with all apps blocked. I enabled and then disabled this custom routine and all the apps that were blocked by the work routine i set up earlier got unblocked
