Mismatch in step count in Samsung health app

I have a Huawei p20 lite and I see that all apps provide almost similar step counts but not Samsung health. I will try to attach an image her as well.

For example in pacer it shows 5600, in Huawei health 5900 but in Samsung health 3092 only

it also tells me ive burned over 1601 calories for 2000 footsteps not accurate at all, if this was the case no one would be over weight 🤔
