Which one is better google message or samsung message? And why?

Ps: my samsung message app, RCS is not working but with my google message app RCS is working well.

For me I prefer samsung purely because it matches the rest of the phone. I find Google messages reminds me of a pixel. In terms of which ones better I don't think there is much in it for functionality they both the same. However rcs can be a pain on samsung messages. In 2021 it went down all together for me. If you go on my profile I have a line a 160 comment post about it lol
