You're posting on the English/uk samsung forum. By any chance during setup did you select the wrong country or did you get your phone from an unofficial source? You might be using a phone designed for a different country or your set your account to the wrong country.
Az angol/uk samsung fórumra írsz. A beállítás során véletlenül rossz országot választott ki, vagy nem hivatalos forrásból szerezte be a telefont? Lehet, hogy egy másik országhoz tervezett telefont használ, vagy rossz országot állított be fiókjában.
