Members app problem and suggestion

There's no way to answer  to agent when they write back to me anymore. 

 

Also system logs take forever to send and ask you multiple times to send, and require wifi. 

 

Suggestion:please bring back  view where we can again see our reports, now we can see our reports only when the agents respond to them.

To reply to the message you just need to send a new question. For the team who answers the messages, they come in a conversation form, which means they can see your previous messages. (Then they take these into account when responding).

Regarding the error reports, they actually go all the way Korea for the team over there to answer! Which is why some of the answers may take a short while.
