Have you entered the right billing address when setting up the app

Yeah no worries it looks like this. It is after you enter your card details. What bank are you using as unfortunately Samsung does not support all Uk bank. However there is a work around with Samsung pay card where you can add multiple cards

so I found it in profile settings and when I set it it still asks for zip code, and when I check back on my address it's the right address but it says United states? I'm with NatWest do you know if they work on it

I don't know sorry, it sounds like an address error or did your phone come from the USA

Hmm, odd. Do you have an option at the top to change the country when you are on that page? I did a quick look and it says that NatWest is currently unsupported; only Google Pay and Apple Pay are. But you can go through the Samsung website and apply for Curve Samsung Pay+, where you can add multiple cards and choose which card to be the default when using it via your wallet.

yeah I'm not sure I got it on back market refurbished but I remember trying to update my phone and seeing somewhere about it being from the USA I think so that could make sense I guess?

I do have an option to change it but when I click save then go back to edit it again it's bugged back out to being my address but in the USA? 😂
