M31: I am facing difficulty in Google play update apps

Although I uninstalled and cleared all data and cache... 

Apps are not installing and not updating 

Still facing the problem

Are you sure you are logged in to your Google account?

The only things I can think of is a missing online connection or the smartphone is defective.
