If you don't have the memory card, then try signing into your Samsung cloud account or Google account.

Unless you're talking about the sim card? You might have to get a new one or phone your local phone network provider x

Was your old phone backed up, for example to Google, Samsung or One Drive?

If yes, please advise which and we'll guide you.

If no, then you won't be able to transfer from old to new.
