KNOX Developer: Account cannot be created

Dear all,

I hope that this is the correct forum to post my question.

It is currently not possible to create an KNOX developer-account at: https://developer.samsungknox.com/.

Several browsers are throwing the following error message: Too many redirects.

Does anyone have the same problem? I also sent a ticket to the KNOX support but did not receive an answer (yet).

Creating an account does not work from our company network or from a different mobile connection on a smartphone.  It also does not work in private browsing mode. I also deleted all cookies, but still it is not working. We also receive 0.0kb-E-Mails from Samsung with no Header, etc.

It seems as if this is an issue on Samsung's side.

Any help would be appreciated. It would also be great, if anyone (who has the same problem) could reply, so that we know that this is not a single problem on our side.

This is a customer forum and so it might not necessarily get the right level of reply or answer. Obviously it is quite a niche request compared to just the usual user requests that are posted here ordinarily.

Unless someone has created a developer knox account then I would guess you may have to await a response from support team.

Sadly, they seem to have no official forum for KNOX specifically. I saw that there are a few existing threads for KNOX-specific questions here. So I am not giving up hope... 😃

Maybe somebody else has tried to create an account recently or Samsung personnel sees this thread.

Otherwise, I will wait for the official response via the support ticket.

Is there no phone-no to reach support?
