i bought a phone from Facebook marketplace, S23+, unlocked.

At the site, I inserted my korean SIM card and it worked fine, so i made payment.

after i got home, I tried to use my US SIM (mint mobile) and it keeps saying "SIM 1 not allowed"

why is this happening

Please remove the imei number from the post

Facebook marketplace i would say avoid at all costs.
Lots of scams etc
So many get caught out buying tech from the marketplace

Does the Korean sim work in the other sim slot?

Sounds like the phone might not be for the region you reside in. Could be locked to a particular network etc

My personal point of view is to return the phone and buy from a reputable provider and get a refund
