Icons pack

I somehow changed my icons, how can I get the original ( samsung ) icons back?

I just do not understand how icons packs work, old icon packs do not seem to be saved on my device.

Also sometimes when I want to apply an other icon pack via 

Settings -> themes ( online) Icons 

Select an icon pack 

Download apply

I get a warning 

"This icon set is not optimised for your system software some icons may not like quite right"

How can I find an optimised icon pack?

Go into themes then click the 3 lines, then go to my stuff, Click icons. My stuff is also under featured on the main theme page.
