I got a new laptop and I wanted to open the notes from m my phone on my laptop, but for some reason I could only open the app, nothing worked. My mouse couldn't click on anything or open any thing, basically it was frozen. So I repaired the app, it didn't work, then I reset it twice. It worked but I couldn't connect my it with Samsung cloud. I also restarted my laptop, uninstalled and reinstalled the app to. Plus I am actually signed in to my Samsung account on my laptop.
So any ideas?
