I can not see 360 photos on Google photos on S24

Hello

I have a few 360 degrees photos on Google photos that you can find here :

With my pc and any phone i can see the photos correctly but on my s24 ultra, i can see only the half of the photos. The other half is black.

It work on pc, other phones, even on chrome on s24 but not with my s24 ultra

HI and welcome, whatever you used for the 360 photos can view it with the respective app.

Now if you used an old Samsung 360 camera, I think Samsung stopped supporting it, as I want

Yes I've been having the same problem as well. I also have a Galaxy S24 Ultra. My wife has the S23 Ultra and the same thing happens on her phone as well. However I have a Galaxy tab S10 Plus and my 360 photos view properly on it. I've been searching everywhere on the internet and no one has given a usable answer on how to fix this. It is usually blamed on the 360 camera which I know is BS because on other phones and on the internet my 360 photos are viewed just fine. It's only on the Samsung latest phones that there's a problem of only showing half of the 360 photo or video.

Can someone please find a fix for this?

This did not answer our question. Of course we could view the 360 photo with the perspective app that came with the camera but we want to be able to share our 360 photos with others. Also we want to keep our 360 photos in our gallery on Google photos. The problem is with the Samsung phones. Not with Google photos and not with the camera that we are using. I have also uninstalled Google photos completely and reinstalled it again and it still has this problem. As I stated before, my wife has an S23 Ultra and it also has the same problem. My phone is the S24 Ultra and of course I'm having the problem as well. However on my Galaxy tab S10 Plus, I don't have that problem. Also when viewed on an internet browser such as Chrome, I don't have that problem. It is only with the S23 Ultra and S24 Ultra that I know of.
