Sorry to hear about that. In term of what to do, go ahead and change your Facebook password. If you've got any other accounts that use the same password, change those passwords too.

Keep an eye on things for the next couple days, if you notice any weird activity on your phone, give your service provider a call. If you notice any weird activity on your bank account, give your bank a call.

Guessing you're talking about 2FA? In that case, you should have some recovery codes that you were given once you turned on 2FA, just enter one of those and you should be able to get back into Facebook.

If you don't have any of your recovery codes to hand, are you logged into Facebook on any other devices? If so, try to log in with your username and password on a new device, and any devices already logged in should prompt you to allow the login on your new device.

If neither of those steps work for you, you'll need to contact Facebook support - https://m.facebook.com/help
