I am a grown up! (Everytime I try to access my news feed it tells me I need to be over 14 - but I am!)

Could anyone help me . Everytime I try to access my news feed it tells me I need to be over 14! I am 30 years over 14 sadly...

My date of birth is correct in the settings but it still will not let me.

This just started 2 days ago randomly

Maybe you need age restriction turned off by your network provider?
You can usually do this by accessing your providers App on your phone 📲

Try wiping the cache partition on the phone and that should resolve the issue. To do this, just search 'how to wipe cache partition (phone name)' and you should find what you are looking for 🙂. Hope this helps! 😎
