We are running PenUp on a Samsung S9 FE+ tablet.
We need to change the primary user of the tablet, which means performing a factory reset. So I want to download our PenUp draft files from the device to save them.
My questions are:
1) What file type are the draft files?
2) Where are they stored and how can I access them? (do I have to use developer debugging mode - if so how?)
3) Is it possible that the files are actually .jpg or is that just an export format?
Thanks
David

The only link I have found on the US forume about transferring penup drafts is this one. But this is to a new device from an old one, not just a factory reset. It's also actually asking how you sync drafts to more then one device.

Thanks Fiona, smartswitch is a very good suggestion and I will try it.
