How do I turn off 5g if I do not have a 5g plan?

You need to go into settings-< connections -> data -> sim -> change the network option from 5/4g ect.. to 4g/3g ec.. automatic and that is it!

u don't need to have a plan, its just the signal...

you need to have a plan.  If you do not have a 5g plan but a 4g one you will not use 5g, also your sim needs to support 5g
