You need to provide more information so someone can answer, normally you use them to make purchases on the Samsung Store app or online store, Galaxy Store is just for app purchases like downloading games onto your device or tablet which you may need to pay for.

As @keith30 has said, which vouchers?

If you are talking Samsung vouchers, have they expired for example (in which case depending on why they were issue they are probably gone).
