how can i stop annoying system ui notifications on my samsung a 12

I get annoying notification sounds, every couple of minutes. I check Notifications and is gives me the last 3 . Number one is always System UI.

I've turned blocked every notification permission that I can find. 

This all started after the last phone update I installed.

And I've tried putting the phone in Airplane mode............no good.........still get the notifications.

What does it say in the notifications from the System UI?

All it says is "Just now".

Ok ............. I'm an *****. It seems that the last system update reset "Do Not Disturb" to off.

I'm so ashamed. 😞

Just go into notifications then apps then toggle off the ones u don't want notifications for
Or when they are on the home screen long press them in and turn off that way
