Home screen changed to my last one

Hi !  I was on Google and I swipped the center button to give back to my home screen. When I did that it asked me what app to use and when I chose the left one my home screen was back to the one on my last phone. I'm sure it's very easy to change but I'm trying to find how and I'm having a hard time. Sorry to ask for something that simple but thanks for helping me yall ! I spent a lot of time on that home screen when I changed phone I hope I can get it back. Have a good day !

@PaprikaKore: I'm not quite sure what happened to cause your wallpaper to revert to one you had on a previous device. If you would like to change it back then please head to Settings > Wallpaper > Choose from My Wallpapers, Gallery and Wallpaper Services > Choose your wallpaper, and select Home Screen when prompted.
