Try force stopping the app and clearing the cache of it.
In case you don't know how, open samsung messages, open the app switcher (left button at the bottom of your screen), press the icon at the top middle of the screen, press app info, press force stop at the bottom right, press storage, press clear cache. Open samsung messages and hopefully it worked
Its not an error. Its a prompt. Open Google messages and make Google your default messenger. Then you can use RCS chats and end to end encryption. Also if the message sent is from a different setting to yours this could also prompt. I think you have Samsung message as your default, change it to Google message and it should resolve this. Im not a tech expert lol. Im just reading from what Google has suggested to fix this issue.
You can also try disabling google messages on your phone and turn off notifications. Settings > apps > Google messages > notifications > toggle off allow notifications go back and disable Google messages.
