I use the Samsung Health app every day to track my steps and over the last year, this one app uses up more than 90% of the memory on my phone, 383 GB. This is insane! And when I clear the memory, I lose all of my history but it eventually reloads again. I even upgraded to a new phone with more memory.
I have not found one single person who has this issue. Anyone, please help!

@ChicagoUser: This is certainly an anomaly. What I'd suggest is heading to Settings > Apps > Samsung Health > Storage > Clear data. Now, open the Samsung Health app > Tap the 3 vertical dots > Settings > Sync with Samsung Cloud, and toggle this option off. This should prevent the historical data from re-syncing with your phone.
