Having issues with Visual text appearing and music auto connecting to Alexa

I do not know how to describe this issue nor do i know what to type in order to find resolutions, 

i have only had my Samsung S24 Ultra from rogers now just maybe 4 days and lately i notice in whatsapp when i want to record a voice message i get this highlighted text telling me Voice recorder....umm yeah i know its a voice recorder so why is this showing and how to get rid of this, it also appears when i go into settings and randomly lists items the same way, i can read and i can see what i am doing i do not need captain obvious highlighting what i am doing. 

 

The second issue is when i go to bed, i have sleep mode enabled and i just want to have my cricket noises lol 

the problem is the audio automatically casts to Alexa to play on which is not even in my room and i have searched and searched to find where to disable this and i cannot find it in smartthings, alexa, spotify etc... nothing is connected to cast or mirror. 

This just happened and it is very frustrating and i am hoping someone else has a solution or guidanceScreenshot_20240516_090345_WhatsApp.jpg for me

Settings > about phone> reset> reset all settings

Might help if you can't figure out what went wrong.

Obviously it will reset all settings to default so you will have to set your settings again.

If you don't wanna do the above.

Search for the recorder app and remove all its permissions and see if it helps.
You could even clear it's cache and data if you hardly use it.

For your Alexa issue. Maybe it's connecting it via Bluetooth or something so again the reset all might help clear it as well. And then you can set it up again.

Unless someone has a better idea you could try the reset all settings thing.
It's a pain but it is what it is.

So i even tried reaching out to Samsung technical support who even shared my screen so i can show him the issues and even showing them he didn't understand the problem........i mean how are you a tech support if you clearly don't see the issue i am having. Its clear as day what the problem is and this tech support was puzzled? 

WOW that seriously upsets me that even their own support don't know what to do.
