Had phone for less than a month, ee have already put my bill up by nearly 5 percent. Just because they can!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

just tried, seems you only have 14 days cooling off period.

Shame, but not unexpected that they waited until the cooling off period to spring that on you. EE is partly owned by BT these days. Also a misleading brand name anyway as there's no EE signal where I live, so no signal envy here Mr Bacon

How is it misleading again read T&Cs , if facing issue call EE so they can check if any faults in area etc

I don't have a contract because I checked beforehand what networks work here, I'm with Tesco which is on O2. No need to read T&C for lack of coverage due to no masts
