Gaming Hub App not syncing

I have gaming hub app on my old s20fe that works fine. I signed in to my new Samsung S24 fe with the same account login but everything in gaming hub is resetting from level 1 - it does not remember any of my previous levels etc.

I've uninstalled and reinstalled app, restarted phone, checked login is exactly the same account for both. It works and syncs with my tablet and s20fe but not on s24fe. With some games I am on a high level so don't want to start everything from scratch. 

Any ideas as just now using S24 for most things but carrying s20 around just to play the games

I have found exactly the same problem and it is annoying, have you tried using the Google gaming hub instead? Just as a test.

I had no idea I could use a different game hub so will download that now. I like my icons grouped by type so the game hub was already on last phone and kept all my games together. Cheers for the suggestion
