Gallery not showing any images

Hi There!

I have a problem with my samsung galaxy note 20 ultra. I suddenly stopped seeing all photos in my gallery. The photos are on the phone And I can see them in the File Explorer or in google photos normally. 

I think it might be because of the new update which I installed on the 19.1.2024, because I First run into this problem around this time. 

Does anyone know how to fix this?

(I tried reseting the phone, deleting cashe, there wasn't any .nomedia file)

Hi, this is a complex issue I've not yet experienced on my Galaxy S10, but what I think you should do is, check Internet, force stop app, or try reset settings for your camera app. If any of that doesn't work, then you might have to contact Samsung support

You can fix this issue simply by deleting any corrupted or large image that taking longer time to get loaded and your issue will be fixed
