Galaxy store connection issues.

My galaxy store is in a never-ending loop trying to update itself. It's been that way for about 2 days. I've tried all sorts to try and rectify the problem but alas nothing works... I cannot use the app at all. I wrote an error report to Samsung hopefully something will happen 👍

Mine as well will not open at all it says retry or cancel

Within Members app when you open it, bottom right, hit Support... then rummage down thru all the various options for the G Store 👍

Yes but why is it not working is it because they are doing updates because of the new s24 ultra ?

I've no idea dude just a big bad bug creeping about I guess.. unless people report stuff they never know something needs fixing. And really there are sooooo many devices with so many different apps, OS these day's not everything will work for everyone because of the humungus amount of different things wrong it could be.. Thousands, millions of us have all kinds of 💩 going on at any given time on device's, something is bound to give at some point 💜

I agree I will call samsung shortly today afternoon UK 🇬🇧 time and speak to them they should be able to fix it
