Free ear buds

Me and my husband have both brought a new a52s with free ear buds. We have filled in the forms and was supposed to hear back within 5 working days. Its been a few weeks now and still not heard anything. How do I contact them or is there a reason why its taking so long?

You should have received a 9 digit pin number when placing the order. You can used the pin to track progress on your orders

Unfortunately not iv just checked all emails, junk, bin and can't find a confirmation email 😢

It won't be in emails. When you got to the end of inputing all the information they require the final screen says thank you for your order here's your tracking number

Oh i can't remember what it said now. Did yours just arrive one day? How long did they take? I no I read that we will receive confirmation within 5working days if claim is successful but neither of us have

Apply again. Received a yodel email 16 days after approval
