Find my Old device??

I gave my Mom my old contract phone and it has gone missing or been stolen. She doesnt have a google account so i can't track it that way... and she lives in South Africa, where the police are very corrupt therefore its safer not to get them involved.

Is it possible to track my Old Galaxy S7 edge by using only the IMEI Number?

did you have it connected to a Google home speaker because if you did and its in the house if you say hey google find my phone it will make contact with it like its getting a call

No i didnt! It was a replacement phone I got through insurance as my original S7 was lost.

did it have a samsung account on it by any chance ?? if so you can log into that account on the Internet and you can track it and also block it.

Nope🤦🏼... this is why I'm trying to find out whether I can track the phone with only the IMEI number!

unfortunately you won't be able to. real shame hope its just laying around the house somewhere.
