Failed to play videos on A24

The worst thing I ever did was installing/ updating the software , I regret nd I'm frustrated cz I cannot play videos

Update shoudnt be related to videos, being most platforms are based on their own servers. You've not provided any details on what you mean so providing support is kinda hard

I cannot play the videos i recorded with the Samsung A24, whatsapp status videos are scratching, online videos are in slow motion and the sound does not match the video, and all this started after updating the software
