Error with Themes

Is anyone having a problem downloading themes? I don't understand why I'm getting this message!

@Kiwana If you try to download with the Play Store and you have changed the country where you have registered the Google account, it is possible to have restrictions on downloading content. To correct it, it is possible to change the country registration in the Google account once a year. I don't know if this is your case.

I haven't made any changes. I don't go in the playstore unless apps need to be updated..

@Kiwana In this case, try clearing Play store cache. Disable power saving, apply hard reboot and check. To do hard reboot-press and hold volume(-) button and power button at the same time,until the phone restarts/ about 10 sec/.

I am based in the UK and have no issues with downloading or running any themes today.
